Distribution of your image
Distribution of the image you downloaded is strictly prohibited by all means unless otherwise noted. Distribution to enterprises, parties, companies or any other form or type of business that distributes images and/or prints such as image banks, stock website etc., is strictly prohibited unless otherwise noted or permitted by Avner Baruch.

Educational License
Any case where a certain user is related directly as an owner or as an employee to a certain function, institute, program or facility that deals directly with educational services such as workshops, courses, training activities, teaching, seminars etc. Special discounts may be given to those who take part in programs with disabled persons or students and children of developing countries. WEB & Electronic Media Limited License
Any case where an image is being used on the internet or any other form of electronic format, for private or commercial use, excluding educational usage (see Educational).

Image file distribution to a 3rd party is strictly prohibited.
Duration of use is limited for 1 year, starting from day of purchase.

WEB & Electronic Media Unlimited License
Any case where an image is being used on the internet or any other form of electronic format, for private or commercial use, excluding educational usage (see Educational).

Exclusive License
Once purchased, image is withdrawn from store and no longer available for future purchase. Users may query for image history (in case image was purchased before) prior to purchase.
